DEWA offers a wide range of ancillary equipment for sludge thickening and dewatering including polymer preparation and dosing systems, flocculation systems, conveyors, MCC, SCADA, etc.
In addition, DEWA offers mobile sludge dewatering plants, sand separators, drum screens for both municipal and industrial applications.
Our technical and service professionals work closely with you to develop and apply complete sludge treatment systems that achieve your operational and environmental goals.
- Polymer Preparation and Post Dilution Systems
The DEWA A-P Automatic Polymer preparation system is designed as a polymer solution that uses powder (granulate) polymers. The quality design and reliability of the DEAW A-P has gained respect within the paper and processing industries and in municipal water annd wastewater treatment plants.
- Sludge Conditioners (Flocculators)
This equipment has been designed to be used in flock formation prior to sludge thickening and dewatering. The DEWA F-M flocculator is equipped with a paddle stirrer which can be easily regulated to work between 20-100 rpm. Different tank volumes are available according to the sludge feed rate. All parts are made of stainless steel materials. DEWA also provides a F-S type static flocculator for small scale applications.
- Conveyors Systems
DEWA provides both spiral shaftless conveyors as well as belt conveyors depending on customer requirements. DEWA spiral conveyors are used for the dust and odour free transport of numerous materials such as dewatered sludge, solid waste and screening of various industrial treatment processes. For conveying the dewatered sludge from the belt presses DEWA provides belt conveyors of different sizes and lengths.
- Sand Separators (Grit Classifier)
The DEWA S-S sand separator (grit classifier) is designed to separate quick-settling solid matters from wastewater and convey them by means of spiral conveyor.
- System Controls
The programmable control panel can accommodate individual facility requirements. Optional equipment is available for severe (e.g. profibus) environments.
